Transport, safe and efficient
Quattrocycles can easily be transported on a trailer for
rental on location. A standard trailer with a single or twin
axle or a four-wheel trailer can be used for this by making
use of a support rack. These support racks are available for
any number of Quattrocycles. This site only shows two
examples.
Trailer with 6 Quattrocycles
Floor height max. 60 cm
Width about 220 cm
Length about 400 cm
For example Hapert AL tandem 405 x 220
4-wheel trailer with 12 Quattrocycles
Floor heigt max. 60 cm
Width about 220 cm
Length about 800 cm
For example Hapert V-bak 805 x 220
How to load a Quattrocycle on the trailer
Step 1
Ride the Quattrocycle next to the trailer and connect the
steel wire of the winch to the front axle.
Step 2
Use the winch to pull the Quattrocycle onto the trailer.
Step 3 A single clamp is used to secure the Quattrocycle to the
support rack.
Remark:
The support rack has a separate winch for each position.
Therefore, the steel wire remains connected to the
Quattrocycle during transport.
Transporting Quattrocycles is:
Safe:
Each movement of the Quattrocycle is controlled by the
Winch.
The Quattrocycle never has to be lifted by hand.
The loading and unloading process is controlled from the ground.
It is never required to climb onto the trailer.
Efficient:
Loading and unloading can be done by one person.
